Red Ribbon Week
Monday will kick off our annual celebration of Red Ribbon Week for 2019. Red Ribbon Week is a week set aside to bring awareness about the dangers of drugs and alcohol. We also honor people who work hard to keep from using and abusing drugs and alcohol. This week students will learn the importance of preventing underage drinking, tobacco use, the dangers of misusing prescription drugs as well as the dangers of using all illegal drugs. Students will complete activities all week in class with their teachers. On Wednesday, all students, staff, and parents are asked to wear RED shirts in order to send the message that we are staying drug free.
