I graduated from the University of South Alabama with a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education certifying me to teach all subjects for grades kindergarten through sixth. I am also certified to teach all of middle school math. I am currently attending the University of West Alabama to earn my Master’s for Library Media Specialist. I am working closely with our librarians this year to complete my internship and I hope to be finished with the program by the end of this school year.
I am very interested in learning more about health and nutrition and I am always working towards making myself better. I try to eat healthy as much as possible and live an active lifestyle.
I do a lot of camping, hiking, bike riding, and vacationing. I love going to the mountains and the beach. I tend to ride my bike to school on days with very low rain chances. I try to go to the beach on the weekends when I have some free time to relax and soak up the sun’s vitamin D.
I have two dogs who both think they are lap dogs. They are both older dogs and are spoiled rotten. The largest is a boxer lab mix weighing about 100 pounds and is named William the smaller dog is a terrier mutt weighing about 50 pounds and is named Davy.
I am looking forward to seeing what this school year has in store for us and I hope we can do lots of fun things.
